Step 1: Get the iCal URL from Google Calendar
The first step is to obtain the iCal URL from the Google Calendar. It can be done by following the below-mentioned steps:1. Open Google Calendar and click on the three vertical dots located next to your calendar name. Then select “Settings and Sharing” from the dropdown menu.
2. Scroll down to the \"Integrate calendar\" section and click on the “iCal” button.
3. You will see the iCal link; copy it to use it later.
Step 2: Import the iCal URL in Outlook
The second step is to import the iCal URL in Outlook. Follow these instructions:1. Open Outlook and click on the \"File\" tab from the top left corner.
2. Select “Account Settings” and click on “Account Settings” again from the dropdown menu.
3. Click on the “Internet Calendars” tab and click on the “New” button.
4. Paste the iCal URL you copied earlier from Google Calendar into the location field and click “Add”.
Step 3: Name and Configure the Calendar
