Step 1: Backup Contacts from Gmail
Before we start, it is important to backup your contacts from Gmail. To do so, follow these simple steps:Step 1: Open your Gmail account and click on the \"Gmail\" button in the top left corner.
Step 2: Select \"Contacts\" from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click on the \"More\" button and select \"Export\" from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Choose the contacts you wish to export and select the export format. We recommend choosing the \"Google CSV format\" for ease of importing into your iPhone.
Step 5: Click \"Export\" and save the file to your computer.
Step 2: Import Contacts to iCloud
After you have backed up your contacts from Gmail, you need to import them to iCloud. Here’s how:Step 1: Open iCloud on your computer and log in with your Apple ID.
Step 2: Click on \"Contacts\".
Step 3: Click on the gear icon at the bottom left corner and select \"Import vCard\".
Step 4: Select the file you saved in Step 1 and click \"Import\".
Step 5: Wait for the upload to complete. Your contacts should now be available in iCloud.
Step 3: Sync Contacts to iPhone
Now that your contacts are available on iCloud, you can sync them to your iPhone. Here’s how:Step 1: Open the \"Settings\" app on your iPhone and select \"iCloud\".
Step 2: Turn on the \"Contacts\" toggle switch on.
Step 3: Wait for the contacts to sync. Depending on the number of contacts, this may take a few minutes.
